By registering for and using Surveilleo CCTV Cloud Storage Services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Service allows users to securely upload, store, access, and manage CCTV video footage on cloud infrastructure using supported smart devices, applications, or web portals.
3. User Eligibility
You confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are authorized to install and operate the CCTV devices
You comply with all local surveillance and privacy laws
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
CCTV cameras are installed lawfully and not used for illegal surveillance
You have obtained consent where required by law
You will not store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your CCTV footage
We do not claim ownership of stored videos
You grant us limited rights to store, encrypt, transmit, and process data solely to provide the Service
6. Storage & Retention
Footage is stored according to your selected plan and retention period
Deleted data cannot be recovered
Storage limits and retention duration may vary by subscription
7. Security & Encryption
We implement:
End-to-end or server-side encryption (as applicable)
Secure access controls
Industry-standard cloud security practices
However, no system is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or network issues
We are not liable for losses caused by internet failure, device malfunction, or third-party services
9. Subscription & Payments
Fees are billed as per selected plans
Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion of data
Prices and plans may be modified with prior notice
10. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Use the Service for unlawful surveillance
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
For policy violations
For illegal use
For non-payment
Upon termination, stored footage may be permanently deleted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Chandrapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
